Clineme - Client Counselling Competition

This segment provides participants who act as attorneys, with the challenge of drawing information from a prospective client using accurate and comprehensive lines of questioning while ensuring the client does not feel uncomfortable or apprehensive. Participants are judged on their ability to chaff information that lies at the root of the problem shared by the client, their hospitality and the suitability of the remedies suggested. Following the sessions, the assessors question the participants on their strategies and shortcomings to ascertain the thought process that the participants employed in engaging with the client/opposition. This allows the assessors to validate their initial observations and conclusions.
